1. What we collect

We collect information you provide when creating a profile: name, email, date of birth, photos, festival preferences, and Spotify listening data (if connected). We also collect usage data such as matches, messages, and app interactions.

2. How we use it

Your data is used to power the matching algorithm, show you relevant profiles, enable chat, and improve the app. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data storage & security

All data is stored on secure Azure servers located in West Europe. We use encryption at rest and in transit. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time. Use the settings page in the app to export your data or schedule account deletion. You can also contact us at privacy@lineup.be.

5. Third-party services

We integrate with Spotify (for music data) and itsme (for identity verification). These services have their own privacy policies. We only receive the minimum data needed from each service.
